Branding strategy
Our client is home to two of the UK's best known diary / personal organiser brands. The group has, in recent years, seen growth in demand for both of its core product ranges, brought about through a combination of strong product designs and focused consumer positioning.
CIL was engaged to assist the company in reaching the next level of development and substantially in increasing its market worth. CIL carried out a comprehensive assessment of the company's market positioning across Europe. The research programme included consumer focus groups and detailed interviews with significant trade customers such as major high street retailers.
Following submission of our recommendations, the company has embarked on a focused brand building strategy and a number of other important initiatives. The group has been subsequently sold to a major mid market private equity player. |
